IT Project Manager


Responsible for estimates of all phases of project implementation

· Support budget management including reporting and forecasting

· Actively participate in project scoping and planning activities and ensure alignment between all parties

· Liaises with other ITS functions and leadership to ensure the effective and efficient project delivery

· Contributes to the development and maintenance of Project Management processes, procedures, policies, tools and methodologies`

· Participates in recruiting, interviewing and selecting well-qualified external Project Managers (PM) to cover variable capacity

· Supports on-boarding of resources and coaches and mentors project team members

· Responsible that all the actions from post implementation reviews are properly implemented and applied to new projects and programs

· Participates in the project review meetings and provide independent assessment on the projects overall health and status

· Provides broad IT and project knowledge

· Provides leadership on projects that have significant issues and provide active support when needed

· Drives accuracy in project financial reporting, schedule, resourcing and forecasting

· Consults with stakeholders and implements best practices across large complex projects which require multiple resource teams

· Ensures that project management and development lifecycle process is followed and makes improvements.

· Drives standardization and proactively recommends improvements



· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field or 5-7 years of equivalent experience. MBA or MS a plus


· Around 8 years of PM experience (hands-on)

· Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain & commercial process and/or project/ PM experience

· SAP experience (as PM to manage project financials, PR’s or PO’s)

· Project financial management experience (budget, run rate, forecast etc.)

· Strong English verbal and written communication skills

· Team player; bringing all project team members together (all levels from senior leaders to end users)


· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record including team-building skills

· Ability to analyse, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation

· Budget planning and management from small to large global complex projects

· Problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners

· Demonstrated leadership abilities; effective in matrix management and team building

· Intercultural competence
