The Jr. Compensation & Benefits Specialist is part of the C&B team and reports to the Head of C&B. The main focus lies on providing support in a portfolio of C&B projects and policies within the organization for the staff at all levels and in all countries where the organization is located.

This position will provide support to the C&B / Global Mobility team, as well as the managers and employees. This support includes supporting compensation, benefits and mobility processes; day to day consulting and resolution of issue escalation.

• Provide (administrative) support to the C&B team on the following activities:
- Salary, bonus and LTI annual processes.
- Global mobility.
• Responsible for the operational execution of the lease policy (combined responsibility with fleet coordinator) as well as the maintenance and update of the lease policy.
• Responsible for the business travel management (incl. operational execution).
• Review and update C&B policies on an as needed base with main focus on travel / global mobility, lease and salary / bonus / LTI processes.
• Participate and support in a various range of C&B projects.
• Support in the position evaluation processes.
• C&B Admin role in SF, which means supporting the annual C&B cycle with usage of SF.

Relationship management:
• Maintains close contact with the Payroll and Travel / Lease department in the different countries.
• Initiates, expands and maintains contacts with relevant external parties.

• Ensures (a pro-active) advice and support towards management and employees with regards to Compensation & Benefits procedures, systems, conditions and instruments.
• Keeps up to date with relevant developments within own expertise and actively shares knowledge.


Hard Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field.
• 1 year of work experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in an international environment.
• Background in an HR consulting firm would be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of job grading and evaluation methodologies (Hay Method) would be advantageous.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills; strong in Excel.
• Experience in global mobility be advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (word and written) preferably in combination with knowledge of the French and / or German language.
