Functieomschrijving
⦁ Support portfolio- and project management.
⦁ Support budget and forecasting.
⦁ Organizing required meetings.
⦁ Preparing necessary documentation, meeting and decision materials.
⦁ Support to update project and program planning.
⦁ Ensures quality and timelines of planning and reports.
⦁ Support in time registration.
⦁ Safeguard that the agreed project managements standards are adhered too with the required quality.
⦁ Administrative and operational support of the project portfolio.
⦁ Preparing necessary documentation in order to support setting up best practices, methodologies, tools and techniques.
⦁ Knowledge sharing within the central PMO team.

Functiecriteria
⦁ Minimum 3 years proven work experience as PMO.
⦁ Bachelor degree or equivalent.
⦁ Minimum Prince2 Foundation, P3O Foundation or MSP Foundation certified.
⦁ Good knowledge of project processes and knowledge of different project / program methodologies.
⦁ Expertise in MS PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of other MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel).
⦁ Experience with ServiceNow is preferable.
⦁ Dutch and English speaking with all documentation to be completed in English.

⦁ You are comfortable in a supportive role.
⦁ You have strong communication and organization skills.
⦁ You can have a helicopter overview but with attention for the details.
