Functieomschrijving

Pro-actively support the Project Manager(s)
Project communication
Schedule, prepare project meetings (eg meeting packs) and facilitate during the meetings (inclusive minutes)
Create Purchase Orders
Support to prepare project reports and ensure quality of reports
Preparing necessary documentation in order to support setting up best practices, methodologies, tools and techniques
Create & maintain the following project- & program processes:
Financials & resources
Change requests

Functiecriteria

Experienced with financial project control
Experience with ServiceNow is preferable
Minimum Prince2 Foundation, P3O Foundation or MSP Foundation is preferable

You can work independently
You are a self-starter with an optimistic, positive, pragmatic, can-do mindset
You are comfortable in a supportive role
You have strong communication and organization skills
You can have a helicopter overview but with attention for the details
